The “Travel” Package
- Fee transparency provided for actual costs incurred
- Receipts provided for airfare, cabulance, ferry, hotel, etc.
- Negotiable hourly rate, dependent on complexity and involvement

- Patient lives on Whidbey and needs surgery in Seattle
- Patient needs to be discharged home in custody of a caregiver
- Patient needs competent, non-emergent medical accompaniment via air travel
